I’m getting self conscious about my weight and it’s making me extremely nervous that I’m going to fall back into bad patterns. I already weighed myself 5 times today and i just hate the way i look. Fuuuck
Got so much shit running through my mind. And it sucks. I have the thought of where I was last year at this time stuck in my head and it’s reallllly dragging me down to where I don’t wanna be. Fuuuck.
